Every audit is quoted individually, so the first conversation is about scope rather than price. There is no charge for it, and if an audit is not the right next move for you I will say so.
Useful to include
- Whether you are a covered entity or a business associate
- Roughly how many systems or applications touch PHI
- Cloud, on-premise, or both — and which cloud
- Whether any AI or LLM tooling reaches that data
- The deadline you are working against, if there is one
